Construction Continues At Brentwood Village In Espanola

Construction is well underway for Phase 2 at Brentwood Village in Espanola. Olivadel Developments has extended the new street on Yusko Crescent, which will be completed with asphalt and a walking boulevard later this Summer. New garden homes are available for sale or lease, designed exclusively for mature adults (55+) and seniors, with occupancy as early as July.
With Phase 1 successfully complete in 2019, Olivadel sold 3 units of a triplex, and leased 4 units of a 4-plex. In 2020, Phase 2 offers 7 garden homes for sale (2 sold), and 4 garden homes for lease (only 2 left). Phase 3 in 2021 will feature 5 garden homes for sale (1 already sold), plus 4 more for lease. A total of 12 garden homes of the 27 constructed will continue to be designated for rentals. Olivadel is currently reviewing its plans for continued expansion of its remaining 36 acres of the development site, backing onto Darkie Creek.
One of the owners, Todd Yusko states, “Since we already had our building permits and started construction, we were deemed an essential service and able to continue with our project.” With the COVID-19 pandemic, Olivadel is committed to taking all the necessary precautions to keep our site a safe place to work during construction. “It’s taken some getting used to for our trades to practice social distancing and added personal protective equipment, but that doesn’t seem to be slowing us down, it’s our new ‘normal’ now.”

Garden home sales start at $319,900, or leasing options start at $1,745 monthly plus utilities. A new model home will be available for viewing later this Summer.
