Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday morning so set your clocks ahead by one hour before you go to bed on Saturday night.
There have been increased calls in recent years for an end to the twice-yearly time switch, with arguments that they cause too much disruption.
Ontario MPPs passed a bill last November that would establish Daylight Saving Time year-round.
But it will only come into effect if neighbouring jurisdictions, such as New York State and Quebec, take similar action.
