The Lee Valley Hall will be re-opening its doors and the members, the Autumn Leaves Seniors, are already planning for their return.
Autumn Leaves board president, Patricia Campbell, says the legalities involving leasing the land the hall is built on have been cleared up.
She says the hall, which has been serving the local area since 1912, had to be shut down just over a year ago because of the legal limbo.
But, a new lease is now in place with the Township of Sables-Spanish Rivers signed on January 15th.
Campbell also thanks the several businesses that have supported the group over the last year providing alternative venues to host events.
She adds a grand re-opening is slated for April.
