Massey Fair deemed a success

Even with no midway and as many vendors as they usually have, the Massey Fair is being considered a success once again this year.

Massey Agricultural Society president Brian Channon says it was a rough and changing landscape to get the fair going but through the perseverance of our board and the great bunch of volunteers, we made it.

The fair was a success, even considering the Covid rules, he adds.

Channon says the motorsports, including lawn tractor racing, ATV mud bogs, the truck mud bogs, and the demolition derby mayhem proved to be extremely popular with a new one-day attendance high on Saturday, so it was a success.

Channon extends a big thank you to all the volunteers and the public who supported the event.
