Whitefish River First Nation using modern mobile app for communication

Whitefish River First Nation has partnered with Aivia Design and Technology Engineering to develop an innovative, cross-platform mobile app for their band members.

Chief Franklin Paibomsai says the app will allow band administration to send out any vital information, especially COVID-19 updates, whether they live on or off-reserve.

He adds members can also fill out customized forms and surveys to provide feedback to band administrators.

Paibomsai says the Whitefish River First Nation app launched on Apple and Android phones yesterday and is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
