Espanola Health Team hosting advanced care planning workshop 

By Rosalind Russell – Looking at what long-term care you might need in the future is the focus of an upcoming workshop in Espanola. 

According to the release, the Espanola Family Health Team is hosting a free Advance Care Planning education gathering at the clinic.  

Advance Care Planning looks at health care goals now and in the future.  

The workshop is being held on September 20th from 10 am to 11:30am. 

The organizers are asking for anyone interested in attending to pre-register.
