Espanola High School’s new principal is pleased to see some 100 new students welcomed to the facility at Jump Day 2022.
Melanie Bertrand says it was a pleasure to welcome the students and their families yesterday at the annual event.
She adds she is excited to become an active member of the school and wider community.
Following her welcome, the assembly heard from various staff members who talked about academics, sports, the arts and the access to technology.
Following the assembly, students toured the school, found their homerooms, met their teachers and received their timetables.
The high school officially begins the new school year on September 6th.
