L’École catholique celebrates 25 Years of Smiles

By Rosalind Russell – Ontario’s eight French-language Catholic school boards and their association are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year.

Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvelon communication director Paul de la Riva says to mark this important milestone, L’École catholique has prepared various activities for students and staff, including a competition to bring out the beautiful smiles of its school community.

He says in the coming months, the public will see the students’ creative works and learn the history of French Catholic education over the last quarter century.

De la Riva adds a competition for all the schools will be launched at the end of March and featured in May during Catholic Education Week.
