North Shore Search & Rescue hosts AGM

By Rosalind Russell – North Shore Search and Rescue acknowledged the contributions of an Espanola man at its AGM.

Adam Page of Espanola received the Ray Hobden Memorial Meritorious Award at the meeting held last Thursday. 

President Jeb Brown also received the Volunteer Of The Year Award for contributing significantly to the team in 2022.

New faces on the board include directors Mitch Sutherland, Adam Farrow and Steve Jackson who have been elected for two-year terms while Tom Brown was elected for a one-year term.

Page will continue his role as a director and has also been appointed search coordinator.

An amendment was made to the constitution for Jeb Brown to serve another two-year term as the president and he has also been appointed deputy search coordinator.
