By Rosalind Russell – There is a planned power outage this holiday weekend for all of Manitoulin Island.
Hydro One is replacing hydro poles, so the power will be off across the Island, as well as in Killarney and the Bay of Islands.
The outage will run from 7 am tomorrow morning until 11 am and affect over 11,000 customers.
All Hydro One customers impacted by the outage have also been informed.
