Plenty of grins following successful Smile Cookie Campaign

There were plenty of grins at the Espanola Tim Hortons franchise last week.

On Friday, Al Martin the new owner of the local franchises was on hand to meet with members of the Espanola Helping Hand Food Bank to hand over a cheque for $17,512 from the Smile Cookie Campaign 2021.

Volunteers and supporters of the food bank assisted with this year’s fall campaign to decorate the cookies and deliver them throughout the Espanola area.

The funds will be used to fill the shelves at the food bank to assist several hundred individuals who access the service every month.
