Tim Hortons looking for volunteers for Camp Day

One of the most popular events, Camp Day, is back in full swing this year.

Espanola’s Tim Hortons will join its counterparts across Canada in hosting Camp Day 2022 next month.

Restaurant manager Chantal Poirier says they are looking for volunteers to help with Camp Day on Wednesday, July 13th.

She says local groups including the fire department, paramedics and the food bank and other local clubs have been contacted to volunteer on the drive-thru serving coffee and treats.

Poirier says they will need more volunteers to help with the windshield washing fundraiser too.

She says all the sales from coffee, bracelets and camp tents goes to Tim Horton Camps to send children from the local area to camp.

Anyone wanting to volunteer can contact Poirier at the franchise.
