Winter carnivals in the works for Espanola and Massey

By Rosalind Russell – Winter carnivals are not only an opportunity to get out and enjoy all the season offers but also a tourist attraction and economic driver.

This year, both Espanola and Massey will see a full return to their carnival schedules to celebrate winter.
