By Rosalind Russell – The Memorial Cup is coming to Elliot Lake today.
Hockey Fans are invited to Kiwanis Park (25 Dieppe Ave.) today from 11am to 2pm to celebrate a local member of the Ontario Hockey League London Knights and Memorial Cup Champion, Noah Aboflan.
Aboflan played for several Junior A teams including the Elliot Lake Vikings and Red Wings, the Blind River Beavers and Soo Thunderbirds before signing with the Knights.
Noah and his family are looking forward to showing off the cup and to celebrate this milestone with the community.
