From Blind River to the North Pole – Christmas shared with Santa

By Rosalind Russell – It wouldn’t be Christmas without students writing to Santa to share the wish list.

In anticipation of Christmas and the holiday season, earlier this month, Grade 1 and 2 students at École Saint-Joseph in Blind River received the help of friendly faces to write hope-filled letters to Santa Claus.
With guidance from the Grade 8 “elves,” the little ones compiled their wish lists in a festive and joyful setting.
Their heartfelt messages and creative lists will soon make their way to the North Pole, spreading joy and excitement for a magical holiday season.
