By Rosalind Russell – The Sables-Spanish Rivers libraries are partnering with Neighborhood Forest again this year to give children in our community a free tree to plant at home during Earth Week!
There are three ways to participate: register your child to receive a free tree (pick-up at your local branch is required); purchase a tree to plant this Spring if you don’t have a child and three: elp fund trees in our community! – $5 helps place a tree in the hands of a child
Sign ups are open now through to March 15th, 2026.
Trees will arrive the week of Earth Day (April 22nd, 2026)!
