By Rosalind Russell – The Lee Valley Autumn Leaves AGM and membership election is being held today.
Patricia Campbell says the meeting, which is set for 3:30 pm this afternoon at the hall, is for all members to attend adding new members are welcome to join this wonderful group to help keep this grand old building, the Lee Valley Hall, a very important part of the community open and operating.
She says they have 55 members with a core working group that usually pulls everything together.
Campbell adds they recently had to purchase a new pump and holding tank, so donations or attending their monthly music jams continues to support repairs or issues as they arise.
