Espanola Community Markets a big part of summer

By Rosalind Russell – The Espanola Community Markets that run throughout the summer are a huge part of shopping local and supporting local businesses.

Laura Hunda, the owner/operator of Laura’s Buns, says it has always been a goal of hers to have local businesses come together to support each other.

She has partnered with the Town of Espanola, which is allowing access to the Red McCarthy Pavillion at the Queensway Avenue Ballfields over the next four months starting June 18th.

She says vendors and farmers are more than welcome from 4pm until 8pm, and the public is also invited to come to shop the booths with handmade wares, baked goods, and more from the Espanola and North Shore Corridor
