By Rosalind Russell – The Curling Bananas Charity Bonspiel is set for Halloween weekend in support of the Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer.
The Espanola Curling Club’s Logan Emiry says this is the first time they are hosting the event to assist the kids who need it most.
He says the bonspiel will take place October 30th and 31st.
Registration is $400 per team, and guarantees three six-end games, Saturday lunch and dinner, and four banana costumes.
