By Rosalind Russell – Marian Jacko has been reinstated as the President of the Little Native Hockey League.
According to the release, Hockey Canada has amended its by-laws relating to conflict of interest. Since there is no longer a perceived or actual conflict of interest in Jacko serving concurrently as a Board Member of Hockey Canada and as President of the League, she was reinstated late last week.
Chico Ralf served as President during her absence and will resume his role as Vice President.
Still with the story, the Little NHL eagle staff is now in the Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory, which is hosting Little NHL for 2026 & 2027.
