By Rosalind Russell – The 12th Annual Christmas Radiothon in support of the Espanola Regional Hospital & Health Centre Foundation is today, so you can drop by the Moose 99.3 FM CJJM – Espanola studio at 90 Gray Street for a cuppa and one of Laura’s Buns delicious Christmas cupcakes.
Donate $20 or more and you can win an original painting from Massey’s own Mary Dillen or a $50 gift card from Shay’s Cafe in the Espanola Mall or some Moose Bling
The funds will go towards a new patient simulator used for trauma training with a goal of raising $10,000.
If you are out shopping for groceries, you can also donate at Tanner’s Your Independent Grocers in support of the campaign, and volunteers will bag your groceries for you.
The radiothon runs from 2 pm to 4 pm while hospital volunteers will be at Tanners throughout the day.
