By Rosalind Russell – It has been a successful year for the Espanola Lions Club in raising funds and purchasing toys as part of their Agnes Michon Memorial Toy Drive.
Members of the club will be assisted by school children in purchasing gifts over the next two days in preparation for the Wrap-It-Up-Party this Thursday.
Club member Grant Lewis says anyone wishing to donate their time to help wrap gifts are invited to the Espanola Royal Canadian Legion this Thursday, from 10 am until done.
Volunteers are asked to bring their scissors and smiles with the gifts being distributed to children throughout the Espanola and North Shore Corridor this Saturday, December 20th.
