By Rosalind Russell – The Our Children, Our Future Lacloche organization is introducing a program for girls.
According to the release, they are introducing the Play to Lead: Girls in Motion Program, which will run for six weeks on Tuesdays starting February 10th.
Each session includes guided yoga with a certified instructor, followed by snacks and activities that focus on building confidence, self-esteem, leadership skills, and girl empowerment in a supportive and encouraging space.
It is geared to girls from four to 15 years of age, it’s free, and it will be held at the Espanola Regional Recreation Complex from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
