By Rosalind Russell – Advanced voting begins today (Tues) around the question of separation in Alberta.
The province and its future were the focus of Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Thanksgiving address yesterday (Mon).
He says Canada is working — and building big right now.
But Carney says big things can’t be built on fault lines, adding the world has changed.
On Monday, Albertans will vote whether to stay in Canada or start the legal process to hold a referendum on leaving.
