By Rosalind Russell – Fresh off the Thanksgiving weekend, someone in Canada could be ‘stuffing’ their wallet with a record-setting lottery prize.
$85 million is up for grabs in tonight’s (Tues) Lotto Max draw.
Officials say the previous Canadian lottery record was $80 million, won first by a single ticket holder in British Columbia in May 2025 and matched in December by two friends in Ontario. Tonight’s lottery also includes 16 prizes worth an estimated $1 million each along with 85 prizes worth $100,000 each.
