By Rosalind Russell – The Town of Espanola is asking for the public’s input on a new action plan focusing on age friendly strategies.
According to the release, the town is inviting residents to share their views and comments on the Age Friendly Strategy and Three Year Action Plan, focusing on health and recreation.
Officials say once launched the strategy and action plan will work to ensure anyone in Espanola can enjoy good health, continue to participate fully, and feel valued and respected – regardless of age.
The survey is available in two forms, online, visit our websites for the link, or a paper-based survey available at the town office, recreation centre or library.
The survey closes on February 2nd and results will be reported back to the public through council.
