By Rosalind Russell – The oldest quilt I have is 45 years old, which my grandmother, the late Stella Gionet, made for my daughter when she was born in 1979, grandma’s first great grandchild.
Quilting is an art and an heirloom, so take in the beautiful work that will be on display this weekend in Espanola.
Community Quilt Day takes place at the Espanola Regional Recreation Complex tomorrow, SATURDAY, 10 AM TO 3 PM … enjoy!
