By Beth McVey Espanola Elks are pleased to be able to give back to students that helps with community with volunteer hours.
This years recipient was Blaire Courtemanche. This young person came out to all our kids events and July 1st picnics since Grade 9. She is doing it again this year even though she doesn’t need hours. Last years recipient Samara Shay also continues to help when possible. These young people have gained hours to graduate and made events for kids special and able to happen.
