By Rosalind Russell – A senior pedestrian has died following a fatal collision in Greater Sudbury yesterday morning.
Shortly after 9:45 a.m. officers were dispatched to a collision involving a pedestrian at the intersection of Lloyd Street at Paris Street.
It was determined two vehicles were involved in a collision causing debris from one of the vehicles to strike a 92-year-old woman on the sidewalk who was pronounced deceased at a local hospital. Her identity will not be release out of respect for the family’s wishes.
The investigation continues.
