

By Rosalind Russell – Natalie Waples-Donohue has finished in the top five, fourth overall, in her division at the Toronto Pro Show held under the auspices of the International Federation of Body Builders.
Donohue is a prominent figure in the bodybuilding world, known for her elite athlete status and as the only Canadian in her division representing the country at international competitions.
She has a rich history of success, being a 14-time Canadian title holder in bodybuilding and a 16th place finisher at the Olympia.
Waples-Donohue has been competing since her mid-20s, advocating for a natural, health style of bodybuilding, nutrition, and overall wellness.
At 46-years-old, she loves the sport, and competed in the Fit Model Category +40 division this past Sunday.
She has also been a sponsored athlete, a top Canadian fitness model, and has been featured in FLEX magazine as “Canada’s finest.”
Waples-Donohue enjoys bodybuilding as a sport advocating a healthy lifestyle.
In her full-time job, she is the Director-General of the Public Sector with the Canadian Revenue Agency.
