By Rosalind Russell – It was a full house at Espanola High School yesterday for their annual Jump Day welcoming grade niners and new students to the school.
Teachers were available to talk about class schedules, provide tours, help find lockers and answer questions from parents and students.
The tour included not only the classrooms, but also the many special facilities in the school, including woodworking, manufacturing, home economics, auto shop and more.
The visit capped off with a barbecue and social hour.
The first day of school is next Tuesday, September 8.
