KPMG Foundation invests in Pride Centre at Cambrian College

By Rosalind Russell – A long-time business supporter of Cambrian College is being acknowledged for their contributions through a naming ceremony.

The Vice-President Academic at Cambrian College Dr. Paula Gouveia says the centre opened last year and was officially named the KPMG Pride Centre on Monday as a gesture thanking KPMG for their investments and supports over the years.

Tiffany Cecchetto from KPMG adds they are honoured to support the college’s Pride initiatives creating inclusive, safe, and affirming spaces for students and staff alike.

The centre is a place that offers education and support for all members of the campus community, particularly students and employees who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+.

The KPMG Pride Centre is located next to the cafeteria at the college’s main campus on Barrydowne Road in Sudbury.
