(WEBBWOOD, ON) – Fourty-four charges have been laid against three people that were arrested during a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant.
On Wednesday, October 7, 2026, in the morning, the North East Region Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) with the assistance of the OPP’s Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU), Canine Unit and Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a CDSA search warrant on Main Street in the Sables-Spanish Rivers Township.
Police seized over $14,000 in suspected cocaine, over $16,000 in suspected methamphetamine, over $8,000 in Canadian currency. Also seized were digital scales, compound bows, pellet guns, packaging materials and five cellphones.
As a result, the following three people were arrested and charged:
Zachary DELISLE, 39-years-old from Sables-Spanish Rivers Township, was charged with:
- Possession of proceeds obtained by crime over $5,000
- Possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose – five counts
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (heroin)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (methamphetamine)
- Possession of a Schedule IV substance for the purpose of trafficking – two counts
Nicholas MARTIN, 38-years-old from Sudbury, was charged with:
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000
- Fail to comply with probation order
- Breach of recognizance
- Possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose – five counts
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (heroin)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (methamphetamine)
- Possession of a Schedule IV substance – two counts
Johnathon TRUDEAU, 44-years-old from Sables-Spanish Rivers Township, was charged with:
- Failure to comply with release order – nine counts
- Possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose – five counts
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (heroin)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (methamphetamine)
- Possession of a Schedule IV substance for the purpose of trafficking – two counts
All three accused were held in custody and remanded following a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice.
