By Rosalind Russell – Thanks to the generosity of the wider community, the Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer has raised thousands of dollars through its premier annual event.
According to the release, Just over $88,000 was raised for the children and families dealing with childhood cancer in Northern Ontario including those in the Espanola, North Shore Corridor and Manitoulin Island area.
Just over $5,000 of that total came from the Moose 99.3 FM- CJJM, which hosted its Fourth Annual Heart of Gold Radiothon in late September to support the organization.
The Gold Soirée Committee, NOFCC Staff and Board of Directors send a huge thank you to every sponsor, auction donor, wine donor, & guest for making the 2025 – 6th Annual NOFCC Gold Soirée a success.
