By Rosalind Russell – Espanola Mayor Doug Gervais and other dignitaries will be on hand today for the unveiling of the new regional medical transportation van for the LaCloche Foothills region.
The vehicle is a joint project between the four member municipalities of Espanola and townships of Baldwin, Nairn & Hyman and Sables-Spanish Rivers.
It will provide medical transportation to those 55+ and or with mobility issues.
The launch takes place at two pm at the Espanola Regional Recreation Complex.
