By Rosalind Russell – The U13 Papertown Showdown kicks off a weekend of minor hockey with the Espanola Minor Hockey League taking to the ice in a weekend tournament.
It kicks off tonight with a skills competition and play starts tomorrow morning.
Espanola Mayor Doug Gervais will drop the puck at the 11:00 game.
The Espanola Lions is also doing all the breakfast cooking so enjoy and help out another great cause, and remember keep your stick on the ice.
