By Rosalind Russell – More than 600 hockey players, coaches and chaperones from across the province gathered in Sudbury over the last two days to participate in the 16th edition of the hockey tournament organized by the Conseil scolaire du Grand Nord.
Teams made up of Grade 7 and 8 students from Ontario’s Francophone schools, including our local are,a put their talents to the test for one of the tournament’s many banners.
The board also thanks Roger Quenneville from MacDonald Cartier High School for making the awards for the tournament stars.
