Town of Espanola Strategic Plan public consultation process completed

By Rosalind Russell – The first public consultation session for Espanola’s Strategic Plan has been completed with a great response from the public.

The Strategic Plan is intended to identify what kind of community Espanola is aiming to be in the future and the actions the town should take to achieve the long-term vision of the community, according to Mayor Doug Gervais.

He adds community participation is key to helping council with its decision-making over the next four years.

The survey ended on March 27th with over 520 responses and the results will now be analyzed and presented to council once completed later this Spring.
