By Grant Lewis – Thanks to the generosity of many local businesses and individuals, the Lions Club was able to sell all of the 4,200 available tickets. It was all part of a fundraising draw to help research at McMaster University into rare diseases in children. A special shout out of course to all those who waited and lined up to buy draw tickets. The Club hopes that local residents will shop local in appreciation for all that these businesses add to our community.
