The beauty of this recipe is that you can use any flavour of cake mix. Adding the sour cream, an extra egg and a little tweaking of the added ingredients makes a super moist and delicious cake or cupcakes. This is the only way I make a cake mix now.

Sour Cream Cake

1 box cake mix, any flavour
8 oz sour cream
4 eggs
¼ cup of water
½ cup of oil
¼ cup of sugar

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until well blended. Bake according to the directions on the cake mix. It’s really that easy!
