By Rosalind Russell – A brand of birth control pills is being recalled after complaints were received that a package contained an extra row of placebo pills.
Health Canada says the company behind the Seasonale birth control pills issued the recall on Wednesday.
Officials say if your package contains a second row of the white placebo pills, to return them to your pharmacy for a replacement.
Health Canada says the affected products have an expiry date of January and September 2026.
