Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

Brownie:
• 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
• ½ cup butter or margarine
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup of flour

Frosting:
• ½ cup icing sugar
• ½ cup peanut butter
• ¼ cup butter
• 2 to 3 tbsp milk

Drizzle:
• 1 square of semi-sweet chocolate
• 1 tbsp butter.

Grease and flour an 8 x 8 square pan. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate with the butter and let cool. When cooled add the 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, and ½ cup of flour and mix well. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Take out of oven and cool. Meanwhile prepare the frosting by creaming together the icing sugar, peanut butter, butter and milk. Spread frosting on cooled brownie. Melt the 1 square of semi-sweet chocolate with the 1 tbsp of butter and drizzle over top of the brownie. Once the drizzle has set, cut brownie into squares.
