By Rosalind Russell – Last week, more than 460 Francophone students from 19 elementary and secondary schools from across Northern Ontario gathered in Sudbury to take part in Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvelon 2025 Franco-du-Nord Volleyball Tournament.
Education director, Tom Michaud says over the three days of competition, 45 participating teams put their athletic skills to the test, built friendships, and celebrated their Francophone pride in a competitive environment.
He adds they are proud to have brought together passionate young volleyball players and their coaches to celebrate the sport, teamwork, and Francophone pride.
