Rainbow Board hosts Pathways Planning gathering tonight 

By Rosalind Russell – Students in Grades 9 to 11 and their parents/guardians are invited to an information session designed to help students plan for post-secondary.  

The presentation is hosted by the Rainbow District School Board and is open to all students regardless of which secondary school they currently attend. 

Director of Education Bruce Bourget says the presentation will take place this evening from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Local 6500 Hospitality, Conference & Education Centre (formerly the United Steelworkers Hall) in Sudbury. 
He adds guests will learn about a variety of pathway options for university, college, apprenticeship and the world of work with a focus on Co-operative Education, Specialist High Skills Majors, the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program and Dual Credits. 

The Local 6500 Hospitality, Conference & Education Centre is located at 66 Brady Street in Sudbury.
