By Rosalind Russell – With the imminent closure of the sawmill in Nairn Centre, the Third Annual Job Fair & Career Expo is a timely one.
Hosted by the four municipalities that make up the LaCloche Foothills, the Espanola Regional Recreation Centre will house over 20 businesses and organizations representing mining, forestry, skilled trades, public service and more.
Cambrian College Employment Options will also be on site to assist job seekers with prep including their resumes, cover letters and job application forms.
Job seekers are encouraged to bring their resumes with them.
The event is open to the public.
